A common complaint by Alentus SharePoint users is that they are often required
to re-enter their login information while moving from one section of the site to
another. The way around this is to add the site to a "secure site" list in the
browser being used. If using Internet Explorer, add "*." to
your "local intranet" security classification. For example, in Internet Explorer
version 6, follow these steps: 1. Go to "tools"-"internet options"-"security"
2. Highlight "local internet" and click on "sites" button; ensure that all
three boxes are checked.
3. Click on "advanced" and add "" to
the appropriate field.
