How does Alentus handle technical support calls, inquiries, or requests?

We have several resources available to customers to assist them with technical support issues.

1. Telephone support. Customers may call our toll free number to speak directly with a Technical Support Engineer. This level of service is free and available to all Alentus customers during the normal business day, Monday to Friday, 7AM to 6PM MST.

2. Online Alentus Support Center. The Alentus Support Center contains forms that can be submitted for support, billing and technical inquiries and requests. The technical support queue is monitored around the clock, seven days a week by our support personnel.
