Why am I not seeing changes to my site in Internet Explorer?

This may be a caching issue. Try it again, but this time (if using internet explorer) clear off all "offline content":

Tools Menu > Internet Options > General Tab > Delete Files button > select "delete offline content" box > click "okay"

Also ensure that the site is not being cached anywhere else and, in addition, try rebooting your computer workstation.
