Full-Text Catalogs are provided as an optional service on our shared SQL Server hosting plans. If you have the optional service, we will create the catalog for you, and provide you with the necessary administrative privileges for managing the catalog. Once created, the catalog is fully managable through the Enterprise Manager or SQL statements.
To have full text catalog support enabled on your database, please use the forms in the Administration console to order the option, or contact our sales department who will provide current pricing and any other information you need.
If you have a dedicated SQL Server hosting agreement with us, you should normally be able to create the catalog when logged in as "sa". If you are having trouble with this, please contact Technical Support.
