How do I link a Meeting in my Outlook Calendar on a SharePoint Meeting workspace?

1. When creating the meeting, click on the “Meeting Workspace” button to display the “Meeting Workspace” right-side information bar.

2. Click “Create” button.

3. The meeting workspace will be created in Sharepoint.

4. Click on the “go to workspace” link.

5. Enter Login Criteria when prompted.

6. Design the meeting workspace as required.
