If your WebTrends reports are no longer being updated, there may be a problem with your account name, password, or the location of the log files on your web server.
For example, your WebTrends reports may stop working if:
- your account name or password is changed
- you move or delete your /log folder or any of the log files
- your site is moved to another server
In most cases, support personnel will re-configure WebTrends if any of the above changes are made to your site. If the problem continues, contact our Technical Support Department for assistance.
