Your Keyword is the billing console forAlentus clients

In order to verify your authorization on your account for support via Telephone or Ticket, we require an authentication keyword.

This keyword can be changed at any time, and should not be shared with anyone who is unauthorized to make changes to your account information.

To set up or change your keyword:

Login to your account at
Expand (click on the "+" sign) the Client Profile on the left menu
Click on View Profile
Click on Edit in the Custom Data section
Enter or change your keyword
When finished, click Save

Your changes are instantaneous.
