How do I add another user to my profile in MyAccount? (Canada/USA)  is the billing console for Alentus clients

To add another user on your profile, do the following:

Login to your account at either:
Expand (click on the "+" sign) the Client Profile on the left menu
click on View Profile
On the Authorized Contacts header bar, click on Add Contact
Add the appropriate information in the pop-up.

Note: if you create a separate login for this user, we recommend using the email address of the user as their login, as this is guaranteed to be unique.

To specify any permission restrictions, click on the Permissions tab in the pop-up to restrict actions by this user on your profile.
When finished, click Save
